I work with community groups and local governments around the country who are interested in media diversity and local representation.    Ensuring that all people in a community have the ability and means to access information they need is at the heart of my work and is the reason I care about digital inclusion and equity.   In my work in St Paul MN, I helped lead the Community Technology Empowerment Project, an AmeriCorps project devoted to digital literacy now in its 20th year.    

I am interested in developing programs and models of community storytelling and information access to build power in local communities.

I am a Minnesotan living in the Washington DC area.
